Disallow Mail Privacy Protection Restriction

We've added a new restriction, Disallow Mail Privacy Protection, to the Restrictions Library Item. If set, it prevents users from turning on Mail Privacy Protection for the device. This restriction is available for iOS and iPadOS 15.2 and later.
