Removing End-of-Life Auto Apps

As of today, Kandji has removed the following Auto Apps from our catalog. These applications no longer receive developer updates and have been superseded by newer releases (in parentheses).

• Google Chat (Google Chat PWA*)

• Grammarly (Grammarly Desktop**)

• Parallels Desktop 15 (Parallels Desktop 18**)

• Parallels Desktop 17 (Parallels Desktop 18**)

• Sublime Text 3 (Sublime Text 4**)

• VMware Fusion 11 (VMware Fusion 13**)

• VMware Fusion 12 (VMware Fusion 13**)

Any deployed configuration profiles bundled with these titles will be automatically removed from Mac computers at their next MDM check-ins.

However, these applications will not be removed from Mac computers if they are currently installed.  Uninstallers for the above apps are available here and are deployable as custom scripts.

* The vendor supported Google Chat is a Progressive Web Application (PWA) and must be installed via Google Chrome. Learn more
