Preview: Return to Service in Self Service
Kandji is launching a preview of a new feature in our Self Service app for iOS and iPadOS. Return to Service in Self Service allows users of shared iPhone and iPad devices to quickly and securely erase those devices when they are done using them.
Return to Service can be turned on and configured in the Self Service app’s Library Item, which can be found in the App Store Apps section of your Kandji Library (once you’ve purchased licenses for it in Apple Business Manager). (See Self Service for iOS and iPadOS for more details.) Once Return to Service is on, a Reset Device option appears in the Self Service app’s More section.
As with every Preview release, we are eager to get your feedback about this feature as you test it. The Preview tag’s tooltip in this Library Item includes a link to provide feedback.
