Kandji Agent Settings - Profile Update

 ㅤ   As of today, devices will begin receiving an updated Kandji Agent Settings MDM profile.
This update includes the addition of a System Extension payload. This ensures that the Kandji Endpoint Security Framework (ESF) Extension installed with the Kandji Extension Manager (located in /Applications/Utilities/) can activate and deactivate itself without user approval. It also includes a Service Management payload for the upcoming release of macOS Ventura.
The Kandji ESF Extension will be used for the App Blocking Parameter and replaces the older mechanism used for App Blocking. The Kandji ESF Extension is more efficient and prevents a blocked application from launching before the process is even able to execute any code as it is denied by the macOS kernel.
The ESF extension will ship in an imminent release of the Kandji Agent.
