Kandji Agent 4.2.8 (4545)

In this release of the Kandji Agent (version 4.2.8, build 4545), we have improved the communication handshake between the Kandji Agent and the Kandji service when handling the Managed OS fallback experience. (That experience is initiated when an MDM-initiated update or upgrade of macOS doesn’t complete successfully).

Additionally, the developer certificate that Apple issued to Kandji—which Kandji uses to sign the Kandji Agent app—is now included in Palo Alto’s Wildfire allow list. This decreases the likelihood that Palo Alto's Cortex XDR will indicate that Wildfire has flagged the Kandji Agent or its components as malware.
