We've updated the Kandji web app, including the following improvements:

Add Library Items Directly to Assignment Maps

Starting today, you can place existing or newly-created Library Items onto Assignment Maps while editing the Library Items themselves.

This improvement simplifies workflows by eliminating the need to edit or create Library Items separately and then add them to Assignment Maps.

New Apple Device Management Keys

The SoftwareUpdate screen can now be skipped for Mac computers running macOS 15.4 and later, both in the Automated Device Enrollment Library Item and the Setup Assistant Library Item.

The following new Apple Intelligence restrictions are supported in the Restrictions Library Item for iOS and iPadOS 18.4, macOS 15.4, and visionOS 2.4 and later:

  • allowAppleIntelligenceReport
  • allowMailSmartReplies
  • allowSafariSummary

The following new restrictions are supported in the Restrictions Library Item for iOS and iPadOS 18.4 and later:

  • allowDefaultCallingAppModification
  • allowDefaultMessagingAppModification

The following existing Apple Intelligence restrictions have been updated to support installing on visionOS 2.4 and later:

  • allowExternalIntelligenceIntegrations
  • allowExternalIntelligenceIntegrationsSignIn
  • allowedExternalIntelligenceWorkspaceIDs
  • allowWritingTools

MITRE Mapping Information for Behavioral Detections

We've added MITRE mapping information to the side panel for behavioral detection events, giving you immediate context for security events you're investigating.

Security teams can now quickly understand how specific detections align with known threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This contextual information enriches your behavioral detection events, helping you make faster, more informed security decisions.

Enterprise API - Behavioral Detections

Behavioral detection events are now accessible via the Enterprise API. For more information, see our API documentation.

Vulnerability Management Filtering Improvements

The detection data filter has been enhanced to provide a more consistent experience across dashboards. Now, when a filter is applied, it will update the counts displayed on the dashboards, ensuring that the data reflects the selected criteria.
