Zoom Rooms is a Kandji Auto App available for Mac. Zoom Rooms is seamlessly deployed and managed through Kandji’s MDM, ensuring continuous updates, automated configuration enforcement, and enhanced security while maintaining an optimal user experience.

Zoom Rooms is a dedicated conference room solution that allows businesses to host video meetings with high-quality audio and video integration.

Zoom Rooms integrates into the background processes of macOS Ventura and later, ensuring streamlined operation without user intervention. Administrators can manage notifications for Zoom Rooms within Kandji, offering precise control over alerts and user engagement. Kandji enforces Privacy Preferences Policy Control (PPPC) settings for Zoom Rooms, maintaining compliance with security and privacy regulations. Zoom Rooms can be managed in Update Only mode, ensuring it stays current without requiring a complete redeployment.

This Library Item requires macOS 11 or later.

Upon installation, users may be prompted to grant access to Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording to enable full functionality for Zoom Rooms.
