RingCentral is a cloud-based communication solution that offers messaging, video conferencing, and phone system capabilities for businesses.

RingCentral integrates into the background processes of macOS Ventura and later, ensuring streamlined operation without user intervention. Administrators can manage notifications for RingCentral within Kandji, offering precise control over alerts and user engagement. Kandji enforces Privacy Preferences Policy Control (PPPC) settings for RingCentral, maintaining compliance with security and privacy regulations. RingCentral can be managed in Update Only mode, ensuring it stays current without requiring a complete redeployment.

This Library Item requires macOS 11 or later.

Upon installation, users may be prompted to grant access to Camera, Microphone, Screen Recording to enable full functionality for RingCentral.
