How Referrals Work
You invite people new to Kandji.
Invite people whose organizations don’t currently have Kandji accounts.
They sign up for Kandji.
They sign up based on your referral.
You both receive a gift
You both receive gifts, after the person you’ve referred successfully signs a contract with Kandji.
What counts as a successful referral?
A referral qualifies for a gift when the referred business signs up with Kandji. Once they pay their Kandji contract, your referral will be automatically completed, and your gifts processed.
How do I get additional gifts for my referrals?
You will receive additional gifts for additional referrals. We have special milestone rewards for making multiple successful referrals. For example, after your fifth successful referral you can receive an iPad Mini.
How do I redeem my gift?
When your referral becomes successful, you will receive an email from Kandji with instructions on how to claim your gift.
If you don’t receive that email, first check to be sure you’ve met the milestone and that all referrals are qualified, then check your spam folder. For further assistance, contact Kandji Support.
